Xbox 360 Price Cut Prompts Sales Boost Shocker
Xbox 360 sales saw a 32% spike in the UK over the weekend according to GFK Chart-Track, which monitors games industry sales in the UK.

This comes following an Xbox 360 price cut that took effect last Friday.

Microsoft also just confirmed that the 360 has now topped 6 million sales in Europe.

In other 360 news, Title Update 2 goes live for Halo 3 today. The update includes some new achievements, as well as some statistical tinkering. you can get the full low-down over at Bungie's website.

Also on the Xbox 360 front, it would seem that owners of the console are a great big bunch of Democrats. An Xbox Live poll on the US presidential race puts Senator Barack Obama ahead of Senator John McCain by a 12% margin, despite the fact that the two are neck and neck in other national polls.
