Bruce Willis... as Agent 47?
SPOnG's ongoing campaign to ensure that Jason Statham stars in all video game-based moviees has hit another roadblock with the Hollywood Reporter telling the world that "Bruce Willis is in negotiations to star in Lionsgate's Kane & Lynch a video game adaptation that veteran stunt coordinator and second unit director Simon Crane will helm."
Willis is apparently in the frame for the role of Kane.
Crane appears to have a decent track record in his role as second unit director, having worked on X-Men: The Last Stand, Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines and Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life (okay, he also worked on Troy, but everybody is allowed at least one stinker).
Talking of stinkers, Bruce's agent has obviously not read our review of Kane and Lynch.
Votes for the Lynch role to the Forum, eh readers.

Statham, obv.
The man's talents are underappreciated something rotten. True, Timothy Elephant didn't stink quite as badly playing 47 as I thought he would. His ikkle baby voice was a bit disconcerting, but otherwise, he was OK. Good even. But Stath would have roolz0rd in the role.
Ratboy Bond is an embarassment, but Trainsporter 2 proved Stath would have walked that role too.
Clive Owen was incredibly briliant in Shoot 'em Up, but Stath would have been at least as good.

Statham? I agree he'd be good. He's quite scary when he's mad.
Clive Owen would also be good, as he was great in Children of Men and The Inside Man (very good film).

While I do agree that Bruce Willis should be in the Kane and Lynch movie,I have to strongly disagree on his role.The role of Kane should be given to
Jason Statham,while the role of Lynch should be given to Bruce Willis.Both
characters are equally bad-ass.But you really have to look at the comparisons between Kane and Lynch and Statham and Willis.Look at Lynch's facial structure,now look at Bruce Willis.Put the hair style,the gotee,and the shades on Brue,and BAM!!!you now have Lynch.There's not much to compare to Kane and Statham,except some stubble and a little hair.
You now have the live action team of Kane and Lynch....Think about it.
