Official GTA IV + PS3 Bundle on the Way?

A British on-line retailer, Shopto.net, has posted a listing for a Grand Theft Auto IV PlayStation 3 bundle on its website.

The site prices the bundle, which includes the 40GB PS3 and a copy of the game, at a recommended retail price of £299.99. The release date is listed as April 29th - the same date as the game.

SPOnG might be led to postulate that it's a retailer bundle with mock-up packaging rather than an official one - if the same shot hadn't appeared on Webhallen.com - the site of a Swedish retailer.

SPOnG contacted Sony for comment, only to be met with "We cannot comment on rumour or speculation".

If it's legitimate, this bundle will offer good value for your moolah. It costs the same as the GT5 Prologue bundle, but where that package offers a game that retails at £24.99, you'll get a game with an RRP of £49.99.
