Releasing
Okami for the Wii surely has to be the most obvious decision any publisher has ever made. That's not a criticism. SPOnG applauds Capcom for its good sense and right thinking. To that end, we've got a veritable deluge of new screens for the Wii version of
Okami just below.
In case you're in the dark on what Capcom has planned for the Wii version and why it makes such great big heaps of sense to bring the PS2 game to Nintendo's console, here's what the publisher has to say on the control system. "Defeating monsters requires both motion-controlled physical attacks, but also use of the Wii Remote as Amaterasu’s ‘Celestial Brush’ to paint the desired powers for decimating enemies and solving puzzles."
If that still leaves you scratching your head in befuddlement, you need to read SPOnG's
review of the PS2 original.
You can see some of the new screens here, then head over to SPOnG's
dedicated game page for the rest.
