SEGA's Universe at War Gets Agricultural

New screens inside

SEGA has confirmed SPOnG's worst fears about the vastness of space with this latest batch of screens from its upcoming RTS, Universe at War: Earth Assault.

Sure, we've never liked the thought of aliens gestating inside us then bursting through our ribcages; being choked to death by some guy in a weird helmet and a cape using only the power of his mind has never appealed, either. Naturally, we wake up in cold sweats at the thought of suddenly finding ourselves in arena combat facing off against James T. Kirk. None of the above, however, match up to the knee-trembling terror we felt when we realised that, as the screen to the right so clearly shows, aliens like to plough things.

We're not sure why they like to engage in this diabolical practice, but if we're not careful we'll be seeing farmers everywhere losing out on their EU subsidies for leaving their fields untouched.

Enough said, we think.
