Namco Bandai Unveils E3 Line Up
The roster of publishers touting their E3 wares has grown once again, with Namco Bandai throwing its hat into the ring and unveiling its E3 line-up. “Diverse” seems to be the publisher's word of the day, with a healthy number of genres represented and titles hailing from both Namco Bandai's own intellectual property (IP) and licensed franchises.

That's all well and good, but it's a handful of titles in particular that has SPOnG's thumbs twitching. First up is Beautiful Katamari. Nothing gets SPOnG wanting to roll random objects into a random ball randomly than that pesky Prince. Who knows, maybe Namco Bandai will even put paid to the endless rumours about what platform we'll see the puzzler on?

We're also more than a little bit keen to see what the publisher plans to do with Soulcalibur Legends on the Wii. The departure from the franchise's traditional beat-'em-up format - not to mention seeing how the Wii Remote will come into play with all those swords slashing about - has us intrigued, .

SPOnG's also hoping that with the showcasing of Time Crisis 4 we'll be able to take a look at the Guncon 3 lightgun peripheral, dual analogue sticks and all.

Also being shown are Ace Combat 6, Culdcept SAGA, Digimon World: Dawn and Digimon World: Dusk, Digimon World Data Squad, Dynasty Warriors:GUNDAM, Eternal Sonata, .hack//G.U. Vol. 3: Redemption, Namco Museum DS and Remix, Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Heroes and Uzumaki Chronicles 2, Smash Court Tennis 3, Space Station Tycoon, and Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology.

In the obligatory corporo-quote Genichi Ito, president and CEO of Namco Bandai Games America, said, “Our E3 2007 lineup highlights Namco Bandai Games’ unparalleled commitment to delivering a collection of core franchises, licenses and original properties that will appeal to everyone. As our industry continues to evolve and captivate the next generation of gamers, we are prepared to meet this market change and engage those who enjoy interactive entertainment with appropriate high-quality content across all platforms and genres.”

Keep your eyes on SPOnG as we report from LA to bring you all the latest E3 goodness.
