There's nothing sexy about Tuesday mornings. The abject failure of SPOnG's 'Topless Tuesday' initiative thoroughly proves it. So, to spice things up, SPOnG has some new screens and artwork from Eidos's upcoming
Tomb Raider: Anniversary.
The
recently announced Tomb Raider: Anniversary, in a nutshell, takes the bones of the original
Tomb Raider and fleshes them out with the loveliness of the
Tomb Raider: Legend game engine. As the title suggests, the game is a celebration of
Tomb Raider's anniversary. SPOnG can't help but feel the timing could be a
little better, since this year will mark the eleventh since the game was first revealed. They knew it was coming, could they really not hit the ten year mark?
“Eleven years?!” we hear you cry. Yup. Eleven years since you first experienced the sexual confusion that comes with fancying a woman who/that (see, confusion!) consists only of polygons. Of course, we've all moved on since then... haven't we?
Tomb Raider: Anniversary will be available this year on the PSP, PS2 and PC. For a further taste of what to expect, you can see the game's trailer
