Capcom’s Dead Rising, Lost Planet and Mega Man creator, Keiji Inafune, has spilled the beans on the Japanese publishers’ third Wii title in a recent interview.
Talking to Japanese magazine, Gemaga, (yes, there are other magazines in Japan other than Famitsu) Inefune confirmed that a third Wii project was in the works – this follows Capcom’s earlier much-welcomed announcement at E3 last year that Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles was being developed for Wii.
SPOnG just spoke to a Capcom rep in the UK who told us that, “at the moment we have no details to give out’ regarding this new Wii title in development”.
The other Wii title currently in development at Capcom is Sengoku Basara 3 or more commonly known in the west as Devil Kings which is currently slated for a Japanese-only release.

I wonder what this new title is, and if its one of those cancelled GC projects that never made it. I hope its a Dead Rising spin off, but I'd welcome something new.
Devil Kings is very welcome on Wii, the PS2 game was a nice alternative to Dynasty Warriors, without feeling overcoooked. Devil Kings was also a bit of a sleeper hit game, that might not have caught as much attention as other Capcom games.
