Sony has updated the North American PlayStation 3 Store with classic PC puzzler
Lemmings and
Go! Sudoku which does what it says on the tin.
The two games join the shoot-'em-up
Blast Factor and
Cash Guns Chaos already up in the PlayStation 3 Store.
Most excitingly, for those who have played the PC flash version, thatgamecompany's strangely hypnotic
flOw (pictured here) will be available to download from the Store a week tomorrow (Tuesday 19th December).
flOw involves you swinging around space, eating other things so that you can grow and evolve. It looks a bit like a psychedelic mish-mash of
Vib Ribbon,
Geometry Wars and
Electroplankton. For more on what many are pegging as the PS3's answer to Xbox 360's much-loved
Geometry Wars, see
SPOnG's dedicated flOw page.
Lemmings features 40 mind-boggling levels in glorious high definition, with a free demo level for you to see if you want to part with the US $5.99 for the full game.
Go! Sudoku meanwhile is free. Yes, that's right, FREE!
Although on closer inspection, it’s not
really free as you have to pay an extra $2.99 for additional puzzle packs with the Easy pack offering 516 puzzles, the Mild pack 376 puzzles, the Difficult pack 198 puzzles and the Fiendish pack (for the proper Sukoku ‘hardcore’) offering 98 puzzles.
