Tokobot Plus: New Info and Screens Inside

Here’s the latest batch of screens from Tecmo’s Tokobot Plus which spins, climbs and swings its way over to PS2 next month.

So, what exactly is new in Tokobot Plus? Is there going to be enough here to justify purchasing the PS2 update?

Kohei Shibata, Tecmo’s Producer on the game certainly thinks so (unsurprisingly! – Ed) giving the following round-up of what’s new in Tokobot Plus:

“Ten new stages are added to Tokobot Plus, and each is very unique. For instance, one of them focuses on joint actions, which require you to work together to escape from hot magma boiling up from underneath. Another one has a great puzzle element, with puzzle floors which you have to solve in order to proceed. Each has something interesting to offer – some present a real challenge in terms of difficulty level, others offer opportunities to play in new ways. As a bonus, clearing these stages also provides you with rare treasures. The sheer variety on offer means that players can enjoy these various stages even if they have completed the original PSP game.”

Tokobot Plus releases on 17th November on PS2.
