According to Reuters, "Videogame maker Electronic Arts has won U.S. antitrust approval to buy PopCap Games, the Federal Trade Commission said on Thursday.
While the initial figure for the deal was quoted at $750m, the final agreement including bonus payments is said to be worth $1.3 billion. The deal is expected to close at the end of August.
