Previously responsible for children’s educational titles, Jason founded Thirteenth Productions based on his belief that Video Games are a bigger challenge to produce than in any other industry. Soon after, Hooligans, a current development, was showcased at ECTS 2000 in London, pulling in the crowds, receiving a big media boost in the process.

Jason Garber's first video game work that SPOnG is aware of is the 2002 title, "Hooligans: A Storm Over Europe" (PC) as Executive Producer.
