Summary

Grant Dean is Director of International Development for Midway, one of the world's leading publishers. Prior to joining Midway, Grant was Director of European Product Development for THQ, Executive Producer for Eidos Interactive, where he managed some of the most successful interactive entertainment brands of recent years including Who Wants to be a Millionaire and Commandos from developers as geographically diverse as Spain, USA and China. Grant was also a Producer at MicroProse, pioneers of the strategy and simulation sectors of interactive entertainment. Despite his experience in games, Grant's roots are in television at BBC Worldwide and BBC Documentaries.

Grant is also Chairman of BAFTA Interactive Entertainment www.bafta.org

Software Highlights from Credited Titles

Grant Dean's first video game work that SPOnG is aware of is the 1997 title, "X-Com Apocalypse" (PC) as Project Leader/Producer. Of the titles listing Grant within the credits , "MotoGP: Ultimate Racing Technology" (Xbox), "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" (PC), "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" (PlayStation), "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" (Dreamcast) and "Commandos 2: Men of Courage" (PC) have been best selling titles.

Grant's most recent involvement was as Executive Producer on the 2003 release "Warhammer 40,000: Fire Warrior" (PS2).
