Summary

Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World continues the story of the best-selling original for Nintendo Gamecube, and adds in a whole wealth of new features and gameplay that will make this new adventure a rewarding experience.

In Dawn of the New World you join young heroes Emil Catagnier and Marta Lualdi as they try to discover the cause of all the changes that is happening in their world. They're not alone in their quest however - fan favourites from the Tales series such as Lloyd, Colette and Sheena will also enter the fray and you'll also meet the lord of all monsters in the land, Ratatosk.

It is after being given special monster taming powers from Ratatosk that the unique gameplay angle in Dawn of the New World rears its head. Over 200 unique monsters can be captured during battle, and you can nurture and feed these creatures until they evolve into powerful forms. With your fearsome evolved monsters, you can bring them into future battles to give you a boost whenever you need it.

European players with a refined RPG palate will be pleased to know that the PAL release of Dawn of the New World will come with some exclusive features. A Gallery Mode will unlock once you complete the game that allows you to view skits and other illustrations, while a bunch of new themed masks and accessories for Emil and Marta will extend your customisation fun.
