Tutorials help beginners learn the divine art of letter arrangement, while adaptable AI will test even the hardened player. Minigames provide a fresh challenge, and online features allow for endless challenges from around the world. Alongside the classic mode, you can choose to play a 'Duplicate' game, which is often used in Scrabble competitions, or mix it up with a Tempest mode that lets you change the rules during play.
New ways of playing the classic board game include 'Scrabble Hold'Em', where players bet against their opponents on the subject of creating the best word, and a single player campaign that features an epic storyline that sees your character attempt to open the mysterious Babel Scrying Tablet. Couple this with the ability to save your records to a profile and enjoy matchmaking Scrabble battles and you have one of the most faithful renditions of the timeless board game to date. << less
