Summary

The sequel to Your Shape: Fitness Evolved - the #1 fitness game on Kinect - Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012 is more user-friendly and includes more than 90 hours of new and improved content.

In order to aid fitness routines, the game uses a stimulating world that has an array of new visual effects as well as an environment that evolves as the player achieves more.

Using the Your Shape universe and Kinect’s ability to track full body movement means that the player keep a close watch on their performances.

All new workout routines, including a broad selection of classes available, and fun games such as jump rope add more incentive to Your Shape Fitness Evolved 2012. This includes a new feature called Run the World that enables players to run through the virtual streets of New York, Paris or London.

The software has been improved to work more closely with Kinect, providing a better feedback system that lets players know what they are doing wrong but also what to do to improve their performance. For the first time floor movements including push-ups and sit-ups can also be tracked.

The Your Shape Centre can be visited by players to monitor their progress, as well as challenging their friends. Players can also see how they rank against players from across the world using the global leaderboards.

The fitness regime doesn’t stop when the gamer leaves the Xbox and Kinect as gamers can keep in shape using tools available via the mobile applications.

Achievements can also be shared on Facebook.
