You can never have too much Lightning McQueen, and this latest Cars game puts you in the driving seat of Radiator Springs' hero as you prepare a bunch of young and eager racers to be good enough for the upcoming Race-O-Rama Exhibition.

Chick Hicks and a host of familiar faces from the Pixar classic will be on board to give you a hand, and 12 new playable characters will make their first appearance in a Cars video game, too. Lightning McQueen himself has been tuned up to the max, with a racing kit that lets him take on brand new race tracks across the country.

But why let Lightning have all the fun of fixing himself up? It wouldn't be a proper racing game without a spot of customisation, and you get the chance to customise your favourite racing car as well, with wheels, hoods, skirting, bumpers, paint and spoilers all interchangeable to showcase your unique personality, Cars style!

Perform tricks for reporters and fans alike and get special kudos for being a wild rider. If racing alone isn't enough, you can bring your friends along to the racetrack and engage in some multiplayer minigame mayhem too, in scenarios based off a series of Disney Pixar's animated shorts, "Cars Toons".
