SimAnimals - Wii
Game Overview

Summary
You can't keep a good games franchise down. Over the years we've had SimCity, SimEarth, SimAnt, SimTower, SimSafari, SimLife, SimFarm and a whole raft of other titles with the word 'Sim' in them. The next one isn't SimRehab or SimSomethingSimple as you might have suspected. No, it's SimAnimals!
SimAnimals takes the trademark Sims gameplay and takes it to the woodland. Players can touch, move, engage and try to coerce over 60 animals as you make your way through the forest.

The game has a bit of a Viva Pinata feel to it. Progression revolves around completing certain challenges in order to attract animals to your woody little piece of paradise. If you throw some pine cones around, you'll attract beavers. The beavers might then feel inclined to gnaw down some trees to create dams, which will flood the rivers and create lakes. Which ducks like!
You play as a giant hand, using which you'll be able to use to stroke, pick up and move around the woodland creatures. You'll have to be nice, though! If you don't get the animals on side, they'll be inclined to leg it when you get too close.
It's not all sweetness and light in the forest, either! The animals there aren't averse to a scrap when the urge arises. The Wii version also enables players to take the action online with up to three friends. << less
