Fountains, gardens and many other unlockable items can be used to theme your Eden, and you can chat to many other Tamagotchis in order to further push your wares the next day.

Your double life as a shop owner / park planner can be put to good use when you show your organisation skills off to your friends over Nintendo WiFi Connection, by sharing journal entries that log your progress in the game. You can also swap items with fellow shopkeepers, so you can finally get that decoration you've been looking for.
