Summary

The DS has been crying out for more point and click adventures. The system's control system lends itself to the genre like no other handheld. Developer Sproing doesn't want to disappoint.

Undercover: Dual Motives is the prequel to the PC adventure game Undercover: Operation Wintersun. British scientist Dr. John Russell is back. Rather than haring round looking for a German nuclear bomb, Russell is investigating a British research facility where all is not as it seems...

With his secretary Audrey in tow, Russell sets out to get to the bottom of things. Players can switch between the two characters at will. It's just as well, since the two characters can interact with the environment in different ways. Get the wrong one for the wrong puzzle and you won't go far. Ask questions with different characters and you'll get different responses.

The game is peppered with puzzles that make use of the DS's unique functionality. In one, for example, you'll have to construct a blow gun to get a deaf professor's attention. Aim with the stylus, then blow into the DS microphone to fire. Point, click, and serve your country!
