The Bourne Conspiracy returns players to the dark world of espionage made famous first by the Bourne novels by Robert Ludlum, then by the trilogy of films that gave spy movies a much needed kick in the delicates.

Conditioned by his superiors to become a $30 million weapon, Jason Bourne is not a happy human weapon. Players take up his gun to take out enemies around the world, then the very organisation that made him what he is.

The Bourne Conspiracy features an unusual combination of melee combat and gunplay. Far more than a tacked-on attack option for when you're out of ammo, the game's hand to hand combat system is rich and involved, making use of adrenaline to deliver devastating finishing moves. Which isn't to say, of course, that there isn't ample reason to pull out your gun...

If 007 isn't floating your boat any more, the gritty reality of the Bourne Conspiracy may well be what you're looking for. << less
