Summary

A Jedi Knight of the utmost importance, you, playing as famed lightsaber wielder Anakin, must use The Force to defeat the formidable Count Dooku and prevent him from creating a new and destructive droid army.

An isometric adventure in which players must fend off attacks from Dooku's endless supply of evil henchmen, players must use Force skills to grow into stronger characters, enabling them to progress. The more you fight, the more you learn, the stronger you become.

You'll encounter familiar faces from the legendary trilogy such as Jabba the Hut and Dooku himself, as you find yourself wandering several locations and planets taken straight from the films.

New Droid Army is very much a hack 'n' slash experience that is in some way reminiscent of Midway's Gauntlet. On many occasions, the enemy will fight in numbers and you must take out each one as quickly as possible to overcome each challenge.

Also accommodating the multi-player fanatic, players can use a link lead to compete in giant battle arenas for Jedi supremacy. On paper, or cartridge as it were, your skills are equal, so players will have to rely on their own fighting skills and dexterity to claim a fair victory.

New Droid Army is another fine addition to the ever-growing Star Wars collection of games.
