Faster loading and seamless transitions between 'physically' connected areas (eg. Square, Mall, Theatre, Bowling) and user generate content would top my list. I've probably spent more time in the Buzz! UGC quizzes than anywhere else.

Seconded on faster loading. I've probibly spent more time in my appt watching area's download than anything else!
