PS3 Orange Box is lower on MetaCritic for the singular reason that it was crappy port job. It was buggy, with choppy framerates and abysmal post-release support. All the talk of fixes turned out to be nothing more than PR lip service.
No matter what Doug says, any PS3 work has surely gotta get past Gabe Newell, who's evidently a PlayStation 3 hater .
