The PSOne and PSTwo may have launched without price cuts from the then current price of the PS1 and PS2, but both of those consoles had seen their prices cut since launch, and before the respective slim versions were launched.
PS3 has not seen that. I think PSThree will see a price cut. HAS TO see a price cut.

100 euros off would definitely have me pick a PS3, especially if BC is coming back.
