I think the motion controls will work out the same way as with the consoles' overall momentum. Nintendo's will be the most popular, Microsoft's will be in second, and the PS3's will come in last, despite it probably being the best of the three in terms of capability and potential.

Sony would've trumped Microsoft long ago if only they had better console management. Microsoft is better with their money, and is a tad bit sneaky when it comes to exclusives. For example, Microsoft had a short pause after their line up of exclusives at E3 before announcing a new Metal Gear(not a confirmed exclusive).

As for the wii, it's like a generic console that is marketed to a wider audience, and was sold on it's low price.
