Home needs a democratic "social standing" mechanism. If you're a potty mouth then those around you should be able to report you as such, possibly only after a warning has been given.
After a set number of reports you'd be dropped in the sin bin and only able to voice chat with friends. Same goes for any type of harassment or anti-social behaviour, including text chat.
After a period you'd be taken out of the sin bin and allowed to carry out the activity again. However, if you're reported again you next stay is longer, and repeat offenders risk getting banned (or banned from sharing a server with the complainant)
To keep things balanced, when a report is made everyone gets to see who reported you and what it was for. If they disagree they can contradict this by claiming it was a false report.
Of course, this could be manipulated, so you'd have to log reports and the surrounding actions (text & voice logs, avatar proximity and gestures) and have an appeals mechanism, where logs could be offered as evidence in a "people's court" where only unrelated users (identified through friend network and proximity when event occurred) can vote on any appeals.
I think I should maybe submit my CV to SCEE ;)

SS4 would you think it was a big joke if the 360 was getting it? I would bet not, you'd probably think it was the best thing since sliced bread, bet you hated the the Wii's Mii's but then 360 got 'em and all of a sudden you love the idea.

I really enjoy the voice chat features. I feel people who curse alot should get banned for a while to teach them not to disrespect others. it shouldn't take effect for others who are enjoying the voice chat. we sometime get tired of typing so much.. and be in the need for voice chatting. so please resume voice chat cause its good people put there want to be able to enjoy this.
