Mario Kart Wii, is so much fun, and the use of new and old tracks like DS version is brilliant.

Yeah, I had a late night session with it last night and was pretty pleased with it. I did find that handling seemed a little loose though, perhaps that was due to my playing it with the wheel so I'm going to see how I go with a GC pad.

I wasn't so pleased with the track design to be honest. The new tracks are really good, I found them to be great fun and they def stick to the Mario Kart formula but the old tracks, particularly ones from the SNES look very flat with not much going on. A wasted opportunity in my opinion. The trick system however is ace, especially the many ramps and pulling a risky wheelie on the bikes :-)

I'm very pleased that the game made No.1, not just because I am, at heart, a huge Nintendo fanboy, but because it is nice to see Nintendo consistently fighting in the charts. I've watched for years as N64 and Cube titles repeatedly failed to make an impact and it is great to see the Wii getting stuck into the battle.

Roll on Smash Bros, I expect great things from it!
Hoping stupidity will be cured soon

Agreed, and with so many Wii`s out there perhaps it would be nice to see some of those cube classics put back out there,

Billy Hatcher, Eternal Darkness, Resident Evil 0, Doshin the Giant, P.N.03, Skies of Arcadia, etc

games that are great in there own right deserve a larger audience.

Don't say this out loud! you'll give them ideas!!! Say you want sequels of these games on the Wii...not ports!!! sheesh...

Well...Treasure could be making Sin of Punisment 2 for the Wii...that would make my day so much...
