Using PSEye for this is a VERY over-complicated way of doing things. Although if they can nail it, I guess it means they don't have to sell, or produce, an extra piece of hardware.

It wont and cark work for games like shooters if you move your head around that means you need to still be looking straight at the screen and you will look very stupid.

Unless you are IN the game say Virtually then yeah.

I see it more for looking around corners or quick peeks over crates than full camera/aiming control. For this it'll be quite cool, but you're disadvantaging people without the cameras.

Plus for those of us with projectors, there's better be a huge lead on the camera because my PS3 sits behind me, not under the screen.
