I am surprised by those 360 Figures for Europe. I believed the PS3 would "win" overall this generation, but I thought it would take longer and be closer in Europe.

The PS3 has no chance, the ONLY way for the PS3 to overtake 360 sales would be for one of the following to happen:

1) Xbox 360 starts losing exclusives

2) Xbox 360 stops selling selling

3) PS3 suddenly starts selling millions a month

I dont see any of that happening therefore as long as the 360 is still selling millions and is clearly around 8million ahead or more against the PS3 the PS3 this gen will be last.

Wii will probably stay 1st place for a long time and the 360 second.

I have a prediction...

EA will continue to make crap games and start to suffer further loses meaning EA will have to start considering to actually make games that are enjoyable and have no issues and not have their own s**tty servers.

What a complete load of garbage… it’s like saying that the new 2008 BMW is outselling the 2004 Mercedes, when Mercedes has already sold XX million of them since it’s release… what an absolutely ridiculous piece of news.

It's kind of predictable that you would say that.

Thing is, I don't think many people agree with you. It appears that PS3 is going to overtake 360 in total sales by the end of this year... It's going to be a lot closer than last gen was, but Sony is going to win this one too.

I am sure we will see Sony getting more desperate and perhaps releasing an even 'cheaper' PS3 which costs £199 then Sony saying 'We cut our costs by half again!' Oh the irony.
