My xbox live has been messed up all over the christmas holidays and i wouldnt mind as much if i didnt have to fork out 40 quid a year for a service that doesnt work when you want it the most. Plus an official apology is nowhere to be seen. I feel very robbed and very annoyed. Sort it out BILL.

Guitar Hero 3 has known problems on and offline when it comes to the co-op achievements. Annoying but, not exactly a problem with Live. You guys should know that being clued up and all.

You know it really pisses me off when you get whining c**ts that start bitching about the service not working properly and going around waving their arms about 'but its costing me £40 a year!'

Well wake up:

1) Xbox Live has never incurred such an issue before and now its fixed.

2) You can get it cheaper than £40 a year...

I have been on Live for 5yrs and this is the first hiccup ever and its over.

A surge in Live users what caused it and the problems gone so stop your f**king whining.

'Whining c***s?' You really are an absolute t**t. The problems haven't been fully resolved yet, I was having major problems on Halo matchmaking last night.

Basically, if you pay for a service you have every right to moan if it isn't working properly. The 'holiday season' is no excuse, MS have been banging on about how many new users they were expecting over the period so they should have anticipated it.

Xbox Live is normally a fantastic service, but the high standards they have set have simply not been met over the past couple of weeks. People are perfectly entitled to complain.
