If torrents of the uncut build circulate, there's little Rockstar can do about that (it'll become a cult game thing like Thrill Kill). What's possible though is that Rockstar could easily offer it unedited over Steam or a similar service.

What I don't understand is that the main sequences that have been toned down are the non interactive ones - In their original form they would have looked like a sub par manga cartoon, they get rated so why not video games? These are cartoon graphics not photo realistic.
Anything to do with sex the US censors jump on so I understand the plums being cut.
