No, like a camera attached to a console actually allowing it to understand actions more like how the human mind can. understanding spacial differences and 3d motion. Not just the standard up/down/left/right that most camera cames use today. While the wii remote is an awesome way of getting motion sensing at a fair cost with fairly simple development, bill is talking about further down the line being able just move around and have it understand. Wana hold a remote while doing so? fine. How bout an actual sword you have laying around? That would work to. Perchance playing Zelda pants-less? Well if your that well endowed, have at it!

It's a rip-off of the EyeToy, maybe not quite what it does now but it is what Sony have been working on for ages. Amazing how people forget how Microsoft have blatantly copied everyone else from the word go; e.g. controller design (including shape, layout and vibration), online console gaming (which was mooted by Dreamcast but was also a VERY early plan for PS2); now even the "Elite" version of 360 has copied the colour scheme of the PS3.
One day people will start to realise that Microsoft have not an original bone in their organisation... and while I'm at it, Halo is simply Quake for pansies.
