If they say from day one, why not Spong? This isn't a graphic heavy game at all, so I'm sure it would take less time to whip together because of that fact. So many game take long because of graphics and sound tweaking.
That leaves more or less interface and missions to really focus on.

If fact this game should be sitting next to Red Steel, a game which I'm sure requires a lot more work than TC.
