Located in Santa Ana, California, Obsidian Entertainment was founded in 2003 by five game development veterans, Feargus Urquhart, Chris Parker, Darren Monahan, Chris Avellone and Chris Jones.
Software Highlights from Credited Titles
Obsidian's first work that SPOnG is aware of is the 2005 title, "Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords" (PC).
The company has been involved titles released on the PS3, Xbox 360, PC and Xbox. Of these, "Fallout: New Vegas" (PS3), "Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords" (Xbox), "Fallout: New Vegas" (Xbox 360), "Fallout: New Vegas" (PC), "Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords" (PC) has been a best selling title.
The company is currently involved with the forthcoming 2013 release "South Park: The Stick of Truth" (Xbox 360).
