King - the maker of C**y Crush S*** the Facebook game that bears a striking resemblance to another game - and the company that wants to sue you if you're using the words "*a*dy" or "S*g*" is filing an Initial Public Offering (IPO) with the SEC in the USA.
According to Reuters, "Feb 18 (Reuters) - Mobile gamemaker King Digital Entertainment Plc, best known for the hit puzzle game Candy Crush Saga, said it planned to raise up to $500 million in an initial public offering.
"The Dublin-based company had filed confidentially for an IPO with the the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission in September."
The filing also show that, "Kingís 2013 revenues hit $1.88bn with net profit reaching $567.6m. Thatís up a staggering amount from 2012ís $164.4m revenue and $7.8m profit.
"Kingís games now boast an average of 128m daily active users, 93m of which are playing Candy Crush Saga. Monthly active users averaged 408m in the last quarter of the year."
