Lock your daughters and your children indoors people, it's time for another Pach Attack. That's right, Wedbush Morgan analyst Michael Pachter has called Valve out in his latest podcast, calling its decision to avoid the PlayStation 3 "a mistake.""I still kinda wonder about companies like Valve that seem to not be interested in the PS3. I think that’s kind of a mistake, because they are a first rate, you know, world class developers," Pachter said on his show. "I think that they could make some games that could really do well on the PS3.”
Valve has said in the past that it intends to support the PlayStation 3 once it has enough staff dedicated to working on the platform. "We have to get people under our roof who are dedicated, talented PS3 guys and then all bets are off," said marketing director
Doug Lombardi back in July.
For now though, the developer is focused on the Xbox 360 and PC. Pachter threw some more wood on the fire by saying "as long as Valve is around, the PC is around." Controversial. Agree? Disagree? Speak out in the forums below.
